We are In-Network with most major insurances including: Aetna, Cigna, Kaiser Health Plans, Medicare, Meritain, Optum, Premera (BCBS), Regence (BCBS), United Healthcare. We also work with Labor and Industries (L&I) claims as well as Personal Injury (PIP) claims. Unfortunately, we do not accept other HMO or Medicaid plans.
